Zillow is NOT your friend any longer.
KEEP IT LOCAL!
Friends: I talk occasionally about zillow being a tool in real estate but not the best tool. There is so much data on that site incorrect that it is frightening.
It was once a search engine, then a money hungry search engine beast stealing data from actual people/ real estate agents and selling information back to the same people it stole from.
The corporation has recently become, SOMEHOW, a licensed broker in KY and all other states.
I ask that you STOP using Zillow for real estate information, if you request information, you will get a BOT responding to your inquiry called Alex. Not a person who knows the local market. They also own Trulia and DOTloop (digital signing system, file storage) Big data is becoming Big Brother.
Contact your local agent, you know one possibly 4 or more and you obviously know me!
